Client profile
Self-employed drivers, holders of VTC authorisations and small fleets that need to organise and keep track of the documentation, deadlines and administrative obligations tied to their activity.
The need we address
VTC activity requires keeping the documentation of owners and vehicles up to date, tracking deadlines and renewals, and staying aware of regulatory changes that may affect operations. The VTC Office and Current Regulations service centralises that follow-up and coordinates the administrative work needed to reduce errors, delays and management load.
Regulatory developments and automated mobility
We follow the regulatory developments applicable to automated mobility and the new authorisation, registration, certification or accreditation procedures that may be established for autonomous vehicles and driverless mobility services, with the aim of incorporating them into our work once they come into force.
Scope of the service
- We organise and track the documentation of the owner, the vehicles and the VTC activity.
- We monitor deadlines, visas, renewals, expiry dates and other applicable administrative obligations.
- We prepare and follow up on applications, amendments, corrections and other administrative procedures related to the activity.
- We consult official sources and report, for information, the regulatory developments that may affect VTC operations.
- We follow the new authorisation, registration, certification or accreditation procedures linked to automated mobility, so as to incorporate them into our work once they apply.
- We liaise with administrative agencies, lawyers or other qualified professionals whenever the procedure or the subject requires their involvement.
Outside the scope
- We do not guarantee the granting, renewal, maintenance or favourable outcome of authorisations, permits or administrative procedures whose decision rests with the public authority or competent body.
- We do not issue permits, certificates, accreditations or official qualifications.
- We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or employment advice reserved to qualified professionals.
- We do not file procedures requiring representation of the owner without the corresponding authorisation or accreditation.
- We do not take on the payment of fees, taxes, penalties, debts or other amounts belonging to the owner.
