2. USERS

Accessing and/or using this portal confers the status of USER, who accepts, from that access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use set out here. These Conditions apply irrespective of any General Conditions of Contract that may be binding.

3. USE OF THE PORTAL

The website provides access to a large amount of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to Future Taxi or its licensors, to which the USER may have access.

The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. That responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary in order to access certain services or contents. In such registration the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services offered through the portal and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to:

Engage in unlawful or illegal activities, or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
Disseminate content or propaganda of a racist or xenophobic nature, illegal pornography, apology for terrorism, or content that infringes human rights.
Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Future Taxi, its suppliers or third parties, or introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing the damage described above, on the network.

4. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Future Taxi complies with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons (GDPR), as well as with Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), ensuring the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data.

To that end, next to each form for collecting personal data, in the services the user may request digitally, the user will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the particular conditions for the processing of their data in each case, and will be informed of the controller, the controller’s address, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability or objection, the purpose of the processing and any communication of data to third parties.

5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Future Taxi, either on its own account or as an assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights in its website, as well as in the elements contained in it (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trade marks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.).

Under the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of Future Taxi, is expressly prohibited. 6. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Future Taxi shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may be caused by, by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, unavailability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the technological measures necessary to prevent it.

7. MODIFICATIONS

Future Taxi reserves the right to make, without prior notice, such modifications as it deems appropriate to its portal, and may change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they appear presented or located on its portal.

8. LINKS

Should the website provide links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, Future Taxi shall not exercise any control over those sites and contents. Under no circumstances shall Future Taxi assume any liability for the contents of any link belonging to a third-party website.

9. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION

Future Taxi reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered, without prior notice, on its own initiative or at the request of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions of Use.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between Future Taxi and the USER shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Málaga, Spain.

11. OFFICIAL CHANNELS AND FRAUD PREVENTION

Future Taxi operates exclusively through its official channels published on futuretaxi.net. We do not currently run official social media profiles, and we do not authorise third parties to use our name, identity or services to recruit clients or candidates, or to request payments.

Any partnership, additional channel or authorised representative will be announced expressly on futuretaxi.net. If you have any doubt about a communication, an offer or a request for payment made in the name of Future Taxi, we recommend checking its authenticity through our official channels first.
