We handle the day-to-day organisation of vehicles, drivers, documentation and platforms for self-employed drivers, licence holders and small fleets that prefer to delegate that part of their activity.
Future Taxi is built on experience in professional mobility and on the know-how developed alongside Robotaxis Madrid. We provide support, coordination and operational management for self-employed drivers, licence holders and small fleets, with a particular focus on the taxi sector and platform-based mobility.
Our work focuses on the tasks that keep daily operations running and that consume time without generating direct income: shift planning, document control, maintenance coordination, incident follow-up and platform management.
We do not provide transport services and we do not assign journeys. Our job is to organise and keep in order the structure on which each fleet operates.
Experience
Operational experience
Our operational experience comes from working directly in professional mobility and on platforms, including first-hand experience behind the wheel. That direct knowledge covers day-to-day activity, driver management, documentation, incidents and the operational running of the vehicles, with experience in platform environments such as FREENOW, Cabify, Bolt and Uber.

Knowledge of the ground
We know the day-to-day operation of the taxi sector and its activity on platforms: shifts, maintenance, documentation, incidents and management. That first-hand knowledge is one of the pillars of Future Taxi.
Transparency
Each service sets out in writing what it includes and what falls outside its scope before it is contracted.
Method rather than improvisation
We work with defined processes, periodic reviews and regular communication with the fleet operator.
Anticipation
Regulations, platforms and technology change fast. Our job is for those changes to arrive as a planned decision and not as an emergency.
Activity and development
What we do now and what we are developing
Current activity
We coordinate the daily activity of taxi professionals and small chauffeur-driven fleets: shifts, documentation, maintenance, platform control and operational analysis. Each service is contracted separately, according to each licence holder’s needs.
Future development
In parallel we are working on the operational layer that autonomous fleets and robotaxis will need: availability, maintenance, incident management and regulatory compliance. This is a long-term line of development linked to Vision 2030, not a service available today.

Responsible Transition — English
We support a gradual, regulated, safe, and human-centered transition toward autonomous mobility. This strategic framework does not promote the immediate or indiscriminate replacement of professional drivers. We anticipate a future mobility ecosystem in which current services, professional experience, new technical roles, remote operations, safety teams, and autonomous technologies may coexist and evolve responsibly.
