Startup Bonus 90
We give new clients a discount over their first 90 days equal to the reference VAT on eligible activity carried out through Uber, Bolt and Cabify.
We apply this programme only with written conditions, limits and a defined calculation method, which we provide to the client before it is applied.
Client profile
New clients, self-employed drivers and holders of chauffeur-driven fleets who add vehicles to their activity and begin managing their operations with Future Taxi.
The need we address
Starting an activity or adding new vehicles involves a period of adaptation and setting up. Startup Bonus 90 offers a commercial discount during the first 90 days to ease that initial stage.
Bonus conditions
The bonus applies per vehicle added, up to a maximum of three vehicles per owner during the promotional period, in accordance with the conditions previously defined and communicated in writing.
Terms of application
Startup Bonus 90 is a commercial discount from Future Taxi. The amount is calculated using the VAT on eligible activity as a reference, but it is not a VAT refund, a tax deduction or a subsidy, and it does not alter the client’s tax obligations.
The discount can never exceed the amount of the Future Taxi management fee, nor generate a credit balance in the client’s favour.
Scope of the service
- For the first 90 days we apply a commercial discount to the Future Taxi management fee, up to a maximum equal to that fee.
- We calculate the discount using as a reference the VAT on eligible activity carried out through Uber, Bolt and Cabify.
- We apply the discount individually for each vehicle added, up to a maximum of three vehicles per owner.
- We provide an advance estimate of the discount before the period closes and give the owner the final calculation once the quarter has ended.
- The financial terms, the applicable minimum commitment period and the other requirements of Startup Bonus 90 are defined and communicated in writing before it is contracted.
Outside the scope
- The discount is not a VAT refund, a tax deduction or a subsidy; it applies solely to the Future Taxi commercial management fee.
- Future Taxi does not alter, handle or assume the owner’s tax obligations.
- We do not guarantee volume of activity, turnover, income or availability on Uber, Bolt or Cabify.
- Activity or items not previously defined in writing as eligible for the discount calculation are not included.
- The end of the first 90 days of the discount does not mean the end of the service; the minimum commitment period set out in the particular conditions accepted by the owner will apply.
