Zero Stops Plan
We coordinate the work the vehicle needs on a preventive basis in order to reduce avoidable downtime, giving absolute priority to the six-monthly roadworthiness test, carrying out servicing when due and concentrating inspections in quieter periods, including the regular driver’s rest time.
Our aim is to reduce avoidable downtime, but we do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted activity, and Future Taxi does not assume payment of roadworthiness tests, fines, fuel or mechanical repairs. The use of a replacement driver requires due authorisation, compliance with employment and insurance rules, and approval by the platform.

Taxi professionals, self-employed drivers and holders of small chauffeur-driven fleets who need to reduce avoidable downtime and keep their vehicles available for work as long as possible.
The need we address
Roadworthiness tests, servicing and necessary inspections can take operating time away from the vehicle. Zero Stops Plan organises and coordinates this work preventively, prioritising quieter periods to reduce its impact on daily operations.
Scope of the service
- We schedule the six-monthly roadworthiness test as a priority within the vehicle’s operation.
- We coordinate servicing and preventive inspections when they fall due.
- Wherever possible, we arrange the work for quieter periods or the regular driver’s rest time.
- We follow up on the work coordinated and on any related incidents.
- We keep the owner informed whenever a job requires their authorisation or decision.
Outside the scope
- We do not carry out mechanical, technical or inspection work ourselves.
- The final outcome of the roadworthiness test rests solely with the official test centre; our role is to coordinate preparing the vehicle and the documentation needed to present it.
- We do not take on the cost of the test, garages, repairs, spare parts or other external suppliers.
- We cannot guarantee the complete absence of breakdowns, incidents or unforeseen downtime.
- We do not authorise repairs or extraordinary expenses that require the owner’s decision.
