The need we address
A fleet’s information can end up scattered across platforms and different tracking systems. The Multiplatform Control Centre brings that data together to spot incidents, know the status and location of the vehicles, and support operational decisions based on more complete information.
Advanced technology and telematics
Where the installed solution allows it, we add GPS + AI, sensors, alerts, telemetry and advanced analysis tools to extend operational control, anticipate incidents and improve the monitoring of each vehicle.
Scope of the service
- We review the authorised dashboards and tools of FREENOW, Cabify, Bolt and Uber.
- We centralise the operational monitoring of vehicles, drivers, documentation, alerts and incidents.
- Where the vehicle has a compatible and authorised solution, we add GPS + AI, telemetry, sensors and advanced analysis tools.
- We follow up on claims, blocks, rejected documents and any discrepancies detected in the activity.
- Where the installed technology allows it and the owner has expressly authorised it, we can manage safety functions such as alerts, geolocation and ignition immobilisation, exclusively with the vehicle stationary.
Outside the scope
- We do not access GPS, telematics or vehicle data without express authorisation and a previously defined purpose.
- We do not guarantee full integration between all platforms, GPS systems or third-party tools.
- We do not change fares, algorithms, assignments or decisions made by FREENOW, Cabify, Bolt or Uber.
- We do not guarantee the recovery of accounts, payments, claims or blocks whose resolution rests with third parties.
- We do not immobilise a moving vehicle. Any immobilisation for safety, unauthorised use or risk is carried out only with the vehicle stationary and with the owner’s express authorisation.
