The need we address
Day-to-day management means coordinating vehicles, drivers, shifts, documentation, maintenance and incidents, as well as following the activity on the platforms. Future Taxi centralises and coordinates these tasks to keep operations organised and reduce the owner’s daily management load.
Scope of the service
- We organise vehicles, drivers and shifts.
- We draw up and maintain an operational plan for the activity.
- We coordinate and follow up on incidents.
- When a serious incident requires the owner’s involvement or decision, we contact them directly.
- We coordinate the other services contracted with us.
Outside the scope
- We do not directly provide transport services and we do not assign journeys.
- We do not select, hire or exercise employer authority over the drivers.
- We do not take on the payment of invoices, penalties or expenses belonging to the owner.
- Additional services that have not been contracted are not included.
- We do not guarantee income, volume of activity or profitability.
