We manage and optimise the operations of professionals and small fleets, with a particular focus on the taxi sector and its activity on mobility platforms. We coordinate processes, documentation, maintenance, control and operational performance.
FUTURE
We are building the structure and the operational know-how needed to move towards new models of connected and autonomous mobility, while keeping a clear separation between the services available today and our vision for the future.

We work with self-employed drivers, licence holders and small fleets, providing organisation, follow-up and professional support to simplify day-to-day management, optimise resources and keep operations efficient and organised.

Integrated Fleet Operations
Day-to-day coordination of vehicles, drivers and shifts for taxi professionals, self-employed drivers and small fleets that want to delegate part of their management.
Operational Launch
We prepare the launch for taxi professionals and small chauffeur-driven fleets, coordinating vehicles, documentation, platforms and procedures so that the activity starts in an organised way.
Startup Bonus 90
We give new clients a discount over their first 90 days equal to the reference VAT on eligible activity carried out through Uber, Bolt and Cabify.
We apply this programme only with written conditions, limits and a defined calculation method, which we provide to the client before it is applied.
Zero Stops Plan
We coordinate the work the vehicle needs on a preventive basis in order to reduce avoidable downtime, giving absolute priority to the six-monthly roadworthiness test, carrying out servicing when due and concentrating inspections in quieter periods, including the regular driver’s rest time.
Our aim is to reduce avoidable downtime, but we do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted activity, and Future Taxi does not assume payment of roadworthiness tests, fines, fuel or mechanical repairs. The use of a replacement driver requires due authorisation, compliance with employment and insurance rules, and approval by the platform.
Multiplatform Control Center
We centralise the operational monitoring of vehicles, drivers and activity through FREENOW, Cabify, Bolt and Uber, complementing it where appropriate with GPS and advanced telematics systems to provide location, alerts, operational data and intelligent fleet analysis.
Future Taxi Academy
Future Taxi Academy is a free initial guidance and practical preparation programme, aimed mainly at people interested in joining the profession as VTC drivers. We explain the requirements that apply in each territory, how the service works professionally and the day-to-day running of the main mobility platforms.
This is a free programme. We are not an accredited training centre, nor an employment agency, and we offer no guarantee of employment of any kind.
VTC Office and Current Regulations
We centralise and coordinate the administrative documentation of VTC owners and vehicles, tracking deadlines, renewals and applicable regulatory developments to keep the activity organised and up to date.
This service does not constitute legal, tax or employment advice, nor does it replace it. Nor does this service guarantee the maintenance of authorisations.
Smart Fleet: Control and Operational Performance
We analyse the fleet’s operational data on a regular basis to measure performance, spot inefficiencies and identify opportunities to improve the use of vehicles, hours and resources.
This service does not include real-time fleet supervision or immediate response to incidents. Nor are automated employment decisions taken, nor is an increase in income guaranteed.
Coordinated Executive Mobility
Internal service for coordinating travel, itineraries and accommodation linked exclusively to Future Taxi and Robotaxis Madrid business meetings and activities, including those involving investors, brokers and partners.
This service is not currently open to the public for contracting.

Whatever is reserved for tax advisers, lawyers or consultants, we coordinate with them; we do not replace them.
