Coordinated Executive Mobility
Internal service for coordinating travel, itineraries and accommodation linked exclusively to Future Taxi and Robotaxis Madrid business meetings and activities, including those involving investors, brokers and partners.
This service is not currently open to the public for contracting.
Scope of the service
- We plan internally the travel, itineraries and schedules linked to internal business meetings and activities.
- We coordinate and, where appropriate, contract transport services with authorised operators.
- We coordinate and contract the accommodation needed for the planned activities.
- We organise schedules, pick-ups, destinations, arrivals and hotel check-ins.
- We handle internally any changes and incidents relating to the travel or the stay.
Outside the scope
- We do not offer this service to the public, nor as a booking system for individuals or third parties outside those business activities.
- We do not directly provide transport services.
- We do not sell package holidays and we do not act as a travel agency.
- We do not charge or invoice transport or accommodation services to the passenger, guest or partner.
- We do not resell, mark up or apply commissions on the transport or accommodation services contracted from third parties.
